Sarika Randhawa
Hi! I’m Sarika, a Registered Psychologist having practiced for 12+ years in clinical and corporate settings. Through my work as a Psychologist, I have had the privilege of meeting several individuals across the lifespan and helping them heal and enhance their quality of life. I am passionate about ensuring all individuals have an opportunity to maintain a healthy quality of life as they go about dealing with life’s daily demands.
My practice focuses on a client-centric, collaborative and holistic approach. Together, we will create and maintain a non-judgemental safe space to help you explore, reflect and build on your individual strengths to achieve your therapeutic goals.
Outside of work, you can find me juggling mum-life, enjoying my beach walks, and always on the hunt for a divine matcha latte!

Qualifications: Registered Psychologist with AHPRA, Accredited Mental Health First Aid Officer, Accredited Mediator with NMAS.
Approach: I utilise evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness as foundations in my therapy approach.
Expertise: anxiety, depression, behaviour management, WorkCover, return to work planning, supporting work-life balance behaviour plans, cross-cultural and social integration and conflicts, social adjustments (including transitioning to new work / school environments), and family / relationship adjustments. I am also proficient in conducting psychometric assessments and reporting, including pre-employment psychological assessments.

I’m an empathetic psychologist who has a background in private practice and organisational settings. I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults to improve their health and wellbeing, develop effective skills to navigate their challenges, and build meaningful relationships with themselves and others.
Using warmth and openness, I aim to create a collaborative and safe therapeutic space for clients to create meaningful and lasting change.

I am a qualified Counsellor, I have extensive experience working in private practise and many years in corporate Human Resources, coaching and mentoring. With a keen interest in positive psychology and holistic wellness integration, I am committed to helping find the best solutions together.
Providing my lived experience to support you in a non-judgmental, respectful and confidential way. We examine closer the issues that are important to you, where you are heard. Creating a good therapeutic relationship is important to me and helps achieve the best positive outcomes for you. I have a solid background in goal setting and planning, encouragement and education on developing balanced healthy habits.
Outside of work: I love being outdoors, hikes, spending time at the beach, mountain biking, socialising and trying new things.

Donna Alexander

I am passionate about empowering people through counselling to assist them in finding practical solutions for the difficulties they may be facing. I’m one of the resident psychologists at My Family Doctors. Studying abroad in New Zealand, I completed my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Psychology before returning to Sydney to begin practising.
Human stories and strength motivate my work. Life can throw a lot at us, but everyone will approach problems in their own way. In my work, I support my clients as they surf the waves of long- and short-term life challenges.
In my downtime, I like to reconnect with the simple things in life like reading a good book, whipping up a tasty meal or walking my dog.

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over decade experience working within community-based and multidisciplinary services. I have experience working both with children and adults.
