Ms Tashya De Silva
Provisional Psychologist
Hi, I’m Tashya! I’m a passionate, person-centred provisional psychologist dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where you feel truly seen, heard, and empowered. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals — always grounded in evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, DBT and mindfulness practices.
With experience across private practice, community mental health, and organisational settings, I’ve supported adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, neurodivergence, grief, parenting, and interpersonal issues.
Having lived in England, Australia, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia, I bring a culturally sensitive lens to my work and am proud to be a neurodiversity-affirming practitioner.
Outside the therapy space, I’m a mum, foodie, dog lover, travel enthusiast, and reformer pilates fan. I bring my whole self into this work — with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care.
