Monique Fabris
Generally registered Psychologist & Art Therapist
Challenge and crisis can be an opportunity for profound growth. With a warm, attuned, and compassionate presence, Monique offers evidence based, trauma informed care. She creates a safe space to explore what matters most. Sensitive to each person’s unique process, Monique works holistically, supporting the emotional, psychological, relational, and spiritual aspects of wellbeing.
Her practice centres on the immediacy of the therapeutic relationship. Monique invites clients into the here-and-now with curiosity, creating a living, responsive space to help clients identify the thinking styles and habits that keep them stuck. Monique supports clients to build practical skills that help shift unhelpful patterns in thinking, feeling, and behaviour and develop insights, strengthen resilience, craft new direction, foster confidence, and hope.
Through structured reflection, emotional processing, and skill-building, clients are supported to understand their inner world, regulate their emotions more effectively, and respond to life’s challenges with greater flexibility and self-awareness.
Therapy becomes a space to practice new ways of thinking, relating, and being - where growth isn’t just possible, but sustainable.
Monique welcomes children, young people, and adults from all backgrounds.
