Family members (if your organisation has agreed) are supported in the exact same manner that your employees are supported. They are entitled to the same number of sessions as your employee in addition to the sessions provided to your employee.

Couples counselling sessions are $310 which is $100 more than regular EAP sessions, however they tend to replace 2 x $210 regular EAP sessions enabling better outcomes at lower cost.

Dietician sessions are considered the same as regular EAP sessions, and will use up employees existing allotment of EAP sessions.

On 1 January all EAP sessions are reset back to zero, inline with Medicare and most insurers.

There is no carry over of old sessions into the next year.
